From 2D to 3D

This adorable character belongs to my friend Veronica Spinoni (you can check out her blog at veronica-wunderkammer.blogspot.it ). We made a drawing together once and I fell in love with this big fat kitty so I decided to sculpt him.
It was my first attempt at sculpting with Super Sculpey clay and I'm really happy with how it turned out. As you can read it's still in progress, I had to put it on hiatus due to time issues.
I also put the collab drawing we made so you can see how it will look like when finished.
